About GENRISE

It all began with applying for a job in the insurance industry in 1997 (back in those days, we had to respond to classified ads in the newspaper).

I got the job and started my fledgling career as a field underwriter.  I did NOT want to go into sales - my dad and my grandfather were both in sales and so I saw how difficult it could be to succeed.

Within six months, I had been promoted to Account Manager.  In that role, I saw firsthand how our sales team operated.  The temptation to make the leap was too strong to resist, and in 1999, I joined MetLife as a sales rep.

In the 26 years that have passed since having that first sales role, I have been incredibly fortunate to have been surrounded by mentors who have helped me climb my own sales mountain.  None of us can do it alone, we all need that guidance.

With their help, I have won multiple Presidents Club Awards, been named "Mentor of the Year" in various organizations and have had the opportunity to work with people from all over the United States in various industries and in different roles.

As I have traveled my own path, I have gained a tremendously valuable set of skills and knowledge as to how to approach a sales territory and create a formula and framework that leads to great success.

As I enter the final phases of my sales career, I now am filled with an inherent desire to pay it forward to the next generation of salespeople.

I consider sales an art - and one that I have spent my life studying, crafting and refining.

I now want to serve YOU and share with YOU the roadmap that will help YOU be the absolute best salesperson you can be.

In short, my mission is to help the next generation rise and carry the art of sales into the future.

When I am not busy pursuing and winning new sales, you can find me spending time with my kids, traveling or hiking the north Georgia mountains.
